Effective 1 November 2026.
The words you write stay private. When you use the card message builder, the names you add and any edits you make stay in your browser. Printing a card happens on your computer. We do not receive or store your message.
What we do keep. Our host writes ordinary server logs (IP address, time, page) to keep the site secure. We keep simple totals, like how often a page or tool is used, with nothing that identifies who.
No accounts, no tracking cookies. You never need to sign up. We do not place advertising or tracking cookies today; if that changes, this page will say so first.
Email. Notes sent to hello@thoughtfulspot.com are used only to reply. We do not share them and we never sell personal details.
Children. The site is meant for adults and teens and is not aimed at children under 13.
Deletion. Ask at hello@thoughtfulspot.com and we will remove anything we hold about you.
